Whole Food Plant Based Red Rice Puttu Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Red Rice
1/2 cup Coconut grated

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Coarsely grind red rice to a coarsely ground flour.
  2. Steam in a puttu maker. Alternatively, stuff into tumblers / glasses and steam.
  3. Once cooked, allow to cool completely.
  4. Garnish with grated coconut, and serve fresh with Kerala kadala curry.
